Why I excel at this:
With nearly 20 years of tutoring experience and over 5000 successful SAT/ACT sessions, I have mastered the art of connecting with students and fostering strong relationships. My teaching style is playful, interactive, and fun, influenced by my extensive work with teenagers at Summer Camps. As a standardized test expert, I possess in-depth knowledge of the tests and strategies to help students achieve their best scores.
My educational background:
I honed my creative skills and explored various mediums of expression at Tyler School of Art. Further enriching my education, I studied at Temple University's Rome campus, immersing myself in Italy's vibrant culture and history. Graduating in 1994 with a BFA degree, I also became a certified Pennsylvania Teacher K-12. However, my true education unfolded through years of tutoring, providing valuable insights into my life's purpose.
Other interesting facts about me:
In addition to tutoring, I actively participate in adult softball and hockey leagues. While my bass guitar skills are not all that impressive, I still enjoy playing. Since the early 1980s, I've been a devoted fan of 'Duran Duran', always "Hungry Like the Wolf" for their music!
